		<description>Thank heavens for another trainer who works on breath and voice!  I was beginning to fear I was the only one. :)

Can I slip in a short add-on to your first point?  You&#039;re point is absolutely valid as it stands but I find that sometimes it&#039;s a lot (lot!) easier to do this lieing down at first.  Obviously you can&#039;t do your presentations lieing down, tempting though it may be.... it&#039;s easier to relax the appropiate muscles that way if you&#039;re doing it for the first few times.
